Challenge
Serve a multi-year relationship across departments — award videos, event coverage, advertising, animation — and add production capacity whenever the internal team's bandwidth was exceeded.
Approach
We traveled nationwide, gave strategic budgeting guidance around the annual events calendar, and slotted in as an extension of the in-house team — matching the association's cadence rather than imposing a vendor's.
Outcome
The work elevated engagement and storytelling for members and policy stakeholders across a sustained, multi-year partnership.
A member-facing film built on people — honest interviews, warm rooms, and b-roll you can almost taste.
The goal was belonging: members seeing themselves in the association, and the work.
